Your Authorities On Shadow Wood At The Brooks Real Estate Wayne Taylor began his career on Wall Street, specializing in capital raising and mergers and acquisitions, and excelled at negotiation and asset valuation as a Vice President and Director at UBS. He later created a successful trading partnership on the Chicago Board Options Exchange and bought and sold several businesses before moving permanently to SW Florida in 2014. Jennifer Smyth, originally from Chicago, brings over 30 years of dedicated client care and negotiation experience with Fortune 500 companies across the Midwest, having started her career in advertising at Leo Burnett. Wayne and Jennifer embraced Florida homeownership in their early 30s, purchasing their first property in SWFL in 1996, and have loved the lifestyle ever since. They enjoy golf, tennis, bocce, and many local attractions and have been active members of Shadow Wood Country Club and the Commons Club at the Brooks since 2002.
