When your house sells faster than you expected and at the top of the price range you were hoping for, you have to say your realtor did an outstanding job. Add to that getting the sale to closing when the seller contracted COVID-19 just weeks before the closing date, you go from outstanding to whatever is higher. Not possible to expect more.

Wayne was outstanding to work with. He went above and beyond in all aspects of my transaction. In looking for a house he took me to many properties including ones that weren’t on the market yet. When it came time to decide, he encouraged me to pick the property that was best suited for me not the most expensive one.
